As part of the private placement, the company will issue up to 2,142,857 flow-through (“FT”) shares at $0.14 per share and up to 3,000,000 non-flow-through (“NFT”) units of the company at $0.10 per unit. Each FT share will consist of one common share of the company, while each NFT unit will consist of one NFT common share of the company and one-half of one warrant.
