The acquisition was finalized for C$893,000, which included a cash payment of C$143,000 and the issuance of 1,071,428 common shares at an issue price of C$0.70 per share. In addition, the announcement noted that PlantX Life paid a finder’s fee of 102,857 common shares, also at an issue price of C$0.70, to an arm’s length finder. In accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange, the shares are subject to a four-month hold period.
