According to the announcement, illimity continued its growth path also in the first quarter of 2022, in line with the trajectory forecast in its 2021-25 Strategic Plan, posting a net profit of 15.7 million euro, which represents an increase of 25% over the first quarter of 2021 (12.6 million euro). “The solid results we have achieved in the first quarter allow us to look ahead to the rest of the year with great optimism,” said illimity’s CEO and Founder Corrado Passera. “In this respect a new growth phase has opened up for illimity: our markets of reference — performing, restructuring and distressed credit — will become even bigger in the current scenario, and the significant generation of new investments and loans in the first quarter, together with the robust pipeline, indicate that this trend will continue.”
